• Villa Taranto in Intra
  Best visiting time is April/May during the azaleas and rhododendrons bloom, you’re almost overwhelmed by the flowers. The Villa Taranto is a full-year experience because some flowers are always blooming!
• The Brissago Islands in Switzerland
  By boat from Cannero or Brissago, it is a wonderful trip! More info on the Brissago Islands
• Borromean Islands
  The famous Isola Bella, Isola Madre and the Isola Pescatore are a must for every Lago Maggiore vacation! Get a day ticket at the shipping company and cruise all of the islands. The admission fees for Isola Bella and Isola Madre are quite high. The Isola Pescatore is the only populated one and invites for strolls and shopping within a beautiful setting. More info on the Borromean Islands
