Weekly Markets

There are so many wonderful things to do and beautiful places to be discovered around the Lake Maggiore.
For example you can visit the beautiful weekly markets around the Villa…

• Cannero
  On Fridays (Nice hike in about 2 hours passing Piancassione or in about 2 1/4 hours over Oggiogno to Cannero, to the market, the lake or for a stroll …)
• Cannobio
  Always on Sunday – huge market, it pays out to be there in time having it easier finding a parking lot. There’s a nice forest trail to Cannobio over Viggiona, approx. 2 1/2 hours.
• Luino
  Every Wednesday – also a huge market – on the opposite side of the lake, reachable by boat. When buying your ticket you need to indicate your time of return to get a place on it. Definitely worth a visit!!
• Intra
  Every Saturday – very difficult to find a parking space …
